Position Summary
The Home Care Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of home care services within a defined territory. This includes scheduling caregivers, conducting client orientations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining open communication with both clients and care teams. This position ensures that services meet client needs and align with individualized care plans—ultimately upholding Fedelta’s high standards for excellence and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and schedule caregivers to clients within your caseload and geographic area
Conduct new client assessments and initiate care in accordance with agency policy
Supervise caregivers’ performance and complete annual evaluations
Support the HR team in recruiting efforts and provide training/coaching to field staff
Audit client billing and caregiver timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracy
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and care updates
Respond promptly to client and family concerns, providing resolutions as needed
Perform routine home visits, satisfaction surveys, and wellness check-ins
Prepare and submit incident reports within 24 hours
Serve as on-call contact for your caseload during evenings and weekends
Support marketing and outreach efforts, including community representation
