About the Position
The Home Care Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of home care workers and caregivers within their assigned caseload and territory. This role focuses on ensuring timely and appropriate scheduling of client services, conducting client orientations, securing necessary authorizations before service implementation, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. By prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional care, the Home Care Supervisor ensures the highest quality of service aligns with each client's care plan and unique needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of home care workers within the assigned caseload.
- Assign and schedule caregivers to clients within assigned caseload.
- Offer strategic guidance and support to the HR team in managing caregiver recruitment efforts.
- Supervise the performance of home care workers in the caseload; Conduct annual evaluations of caregivers according to agency guidelines.
- Organize and lead new client assessments and new client starts of care in line with agency policies.
- Address and resolve assigned caregiver complaints, issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Process and audit client billing as well as caregiver timekeeping for payroll in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and hosting orientation and training programs for caregivers in support of the HR team.
- Maintain assigned client case files, documenting all relevant information daily; Ensure timely entry of client data into systems.
- Respond to client and family concerns, resolving issues as needed.
- Make emergency arrangements and notify relevant parties as necessary.
- Conduct regular home visits, phone check-ins, and satisfaction surveys of clients within assigned caseload and territory.
- Complete and submit incident reports within 24 hours; ensure any unusual or escalated matters to director or lead.
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to create and distribute marketing materials.
- Represent the agency at community events and outreach initiatives.
- Support marketing strategies and assist with goal setting and metrics
- Advocate for clients by coordinating and referring services.
- Represent the agency on committees and in community partnerships.
- Maintain on-call coverage for the assigned caseload, handling any after-hours calls as needed.

Compensation:
Annual salary range of $75,000 to $78,000, depending on experience and qualifications
