We're looking for a Home Health Account Executive to spread the word about our services to communities near and far! You would be a foundational memebr for the company, helping us build our customer base and representation in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and beyond! This job requires a lot of traveling, especially for those who are willing to cover certain areas of counties we offer (Charlotte and Collier, example). You would have to meet with the administrators weekly either remotely or in person.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for bringing patients to our agency. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to promote our services to various communities.
Duties
- Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home health and home care services.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to generate leads.
- Coordinates patient admissions with the team, including obtaining all required documentation to complete the referral and admission process
- Achieves admissions, product, and payor-mix goals.
- Meets short and long-term target account goals.
- Maintain customer contact documentation
- Responds to customer complaints in timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in home health agency sales or a familiar field is preferred
- Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in technical sales processes, including presentations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer feedback for informed decision-making.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
