We're seeking a skilled and motivated Sales & Estimator to join our growing team and help turn leads into loyal clients.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a personable, detail-oriented Sales & Estimator who thrives in the fast-paced world of home improvement. You’ll meet with potential clients, understand their project needs, create accurate and competitive estimates, and close deals that align with our company's reputation for quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners and developers to discuss project goals and gather scope of work
- Conduct job site evaluations and take accurate measurements
- Create detailed estimates using estimating software
- Present proposals to clients and clearly explain project scope, timeline, and cost
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospects
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth handoff after sales
- Stay current on material pricing, building codes, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in construction estimating or home improvement sales
- Knowledge of residential & commercial construction methods and terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Proficiency with estimating software (or Excel/Google Sheets)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
