We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the condition of residential properties, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, quality control measures, and the ability to analyze various aspects of home structures. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions regarding their properties.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues.
- Analyze construction quality following industry standards.
- Perform quality inspections on various components such as roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
- Collect data during inspections to document findings and prepare detailed reports for clients using company software. We will train on how to use our inspection software.
- Communicate findings clearly with clients, providing recommendations for repairs or improvements and answer any related questions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and inspection techniques.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Minimum 1years of experience as a home inspector or similar industry.
- Certified by InterNACHI or ASHI or CREIA or other home inspector association(Required).
- Drivers license and a clean drivers record.
- Strong background in construction and quality control practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
- Experience in quality inspection processes related to residential properties.
- Ability to analyze data collected during inspections effectively.
- Comfortable using inspection software and mobile devices for reports.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly to clients.
