Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely admissions to clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Hospice knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
