Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective management of front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings and increase customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in shift management and kitchen management practices.
- Knowledge of training development techniques to foster staff growth.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
