Ray Ray’s is opening a new, full service restaurant in Johnstown, Ohio. This is part of our new Ohio Style concept focusing on craft cocktails, exceptional hospitality and our award winning bbq, burgers and wings. This concept will feature down to earth, low and slow cuisine served in a high end setting with high quality service and beverages.
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our casual fine dining BBQ restaurant. The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong front of house skills, exceptional service expertise, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests promptly and warmly.
- Present menus, explain specials, answer questions.
- Answer phone.
- Take reservations.
- Place Call In Orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs..
- Communicate effectively with team.
- Keep service areas clean and organized.
- Provide Excellent Hospitality
- Support team with running food, bussing, and side work.
$13-$18 per hour
SERVER ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bus and Clean Tables.
- Take out trash.
- Help to restock bar.
- Run food from kitchen.
- Operate and maintain dishwasher.
- Sort clean dishes, cups and silverware.
- Communicate with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff as needed.
- Assist in site maintenance projects.
$13-$18 per hour
