Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food production, and fostering a positive work culture. Experience with POS and knowledge of coffee and bar operations will be advantageous.
Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food production and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Utilize POS system for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and bar operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
