Greeting and making each guest sitting at the bar feel welcome. Taking initial food and drink order in a timely and accurate manner. Delivering food and drink in a timely manner. Efficiently and accurately tendering all transactions in accordance with island View Casino’s standard operating procedures. Maintaining an accurate knowledge of the menu and all specials and seasonal items. Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with fellow employees.
