We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to guest requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assist in managing reservations and coordinating special requests for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic are essential for this role.
