Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. Duties
- Lead and manage daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest relations and satisfaction.
- Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve operational goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the hotel.
- Maintain effective communication with guests through phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement in services and amenities.
