Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner
- Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure they meet safety regulations
- Keep accurate maintenance records and create maintenance schedules
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to maintaining hotel facilities
