Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance of our facility's equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in industrial maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems and logic controllers. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team while utilizing programs for tracking and scheduling maintenance activities.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize programs and worksheet for tracking work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of repairs.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in mechanical maintenance, PTAC & HVAC systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, providing effective solutions to minimize disruption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical systems and HVAC.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing CMMS for maintenance management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
