Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and common areas. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will enhance the guest experience and contribute to the reputation of our establishment.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required by hotel standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or directed by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
