We’re currently hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Escape Room Game Master to help oversee the daily operations of our games. If you love puzzles, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you!
Weekends and late-night availability is required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Interact with guests before and after the game to ensure a smooth and fun experience
- “Set the stage,” monitor gameplay, and offer hints when needed
- Keep the space clean, organized, and ready for each new team
- Support day-to-day operations and team workflow
- Help out with social media by creating and sharing content
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator and comfortable speaking to groups
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and great with people
- Reliable transportation & flexible weekend/evening availability
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Bonus if you have experience with content creation or social media
