About the Role:
Love pizza? Love people? Thrive under pressure? We’re looking for an Hourly Assistant Manager who can juggle a busy shift, lead a team, and still have fun doing it. This role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, motivated, and ready to roll up their sleeves (metaphorically or literally—your call).
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to our leadership team—helping keep things running smoothly, our customers happy, and our crew on point.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping lead the shop during shifts—making sure everything’s hot, fresh, and running like clockwork
- Keeping customers happy with great service and quick problem-solving
- Coaching the crew and keeping team vibes strong
- Multitasking like a pro in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment
- Taking care of inventory and making sure supplies are where they need to be
- Supporting with cash handling and basic administrative tasks
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and all that important behind-the-scenes stuff
What We’re Looking For:
- Open availability—weekends, nights, holidays—you get the idea
- Able to stand and move around for 3+ hours at a time (it’s pizza, not a desk job!)
- A team player who thrives in a busy, high-energy setting
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, can-do attitude
- Someone who’s not afraid to jump in wherever needed
- Prior restaurant or shift leadership experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
