Responsibilities:
-Clean two to three residents on avg per day as stipulated in work orders
-Maintain a 4-star and above customer satisfaction rating
-Keep safe all private/confidential customer information and property
-Bend, kneel, squat, stand all day, five days a week
-Lift up to 20 lbs
-Provide good customer service (greet clients with a smile, speak confidently, etc)
-Represent the company in a professional manner
-Use all products/tools in a safe manner as learned in training
-Wash/clean own cleaning tools and supplies
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
-Have reliable transportation available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
-Desire to play a key role in early-stage startup company
-Willing to take public transportation as needed
-Willing to take a background check
