Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled sub-contractors, mostly house Painters to join our team, responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces in both residential and industrial settings.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and caulking as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Restore and maintain surfaces by performing touch-ups and repairs.
- Execute both residential painting projects and industrial painting tasks with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in caulking techniques for effective sealing and finishing.
- Experience in restoring surfaces to their original condition or enhancing their appearance.
- Knowledge of industrial painting methods and materials.
- Familiarity with residential painting practices and customer service expectations.
- Basic masonry skills are a plus for surface preparation tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
