Provide for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of specified areas of Center.

THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION
- Clean kitchen daily, including sanitizing surfaces as appropriate
- Clean and sanitize unit refrigerators inside and out on a weekly basis
- Dust and mop patient rooms daily, emptying waste receptacles into plastic bags and discarding into appropriate containers
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, as required to maintain sanitation standards
- Clean bathroom daily ensuring that sanitation standards are maintained
- Wash and clean walls as necessary
- Dust heating and air conditioning vents weekly, ensuring maintenance is contacted on vents that are rusted or cannot be cleaned
- Ensure adequate supply of bed linen and housekeeping supplies are available in designated areas
