Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in industrial cleaning is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality or hotel housekeeping management practices is advantageous.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture as necessary.
