Salary: $14.50/hr - Paid Weekly
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet the hotel’s high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities to ensure rooms are fully stocked and guest-ready
- Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and tidy all assigned spaces, paying close attention to detail
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering exceptional service that enhances their stay
- Report any maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, or room status updates to supervisors
- Keep housekeeping carts organized and well-stocked for daily efficiency
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Assist team members in maintaining cleanliness in shared and public areas
Housekeeper Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming guest experience
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift light to moderate loads, bend, and stand for extended periods.
