Under general supervision of the Director of HCV Programs, performs responsible technical and professional work in Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) Housing Quality Standards Inspections following prescribed checklist. Work involves routine administrative duties and requires the use of independent judgement and initiative ensuring that HUD and HCV policies and regulations are met.
Requires HS graduation or equivalent, 1-3 years experience with housing, construction, and/or inspections, knowledge of HUD and HUD programs, primarily the Housing Choice Voucher (formerly known as Section 8) program preferred.
