This role will be responsible for serving as HR Analyst for HR Business Partners, ensuring data quality standards, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through compliance reporting. This role requires a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy, integrity and with an eye for detail.
Essential Functions
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Serve as liaison to HR Business Partners for HR reporting requests and analytics
- Leverage dashboards to streamline reporting for compliance audits and client requirements
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Ensure data quality by monitoring and performing regular audits to resolve data discrepancies
- Prepare spreadsheets and tools that enable the execution of HR initiatives such as performance management and annual engagement surveys
Compliance Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and audits
- Ensure submission of annual State and Federal regulatory filings
- Partner with in house and external sources to build compliance calendar to meet annual requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or HR certification preferred.
- Often has 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- HR experience, with a focus on data analytics, compliance, or program development preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Oracle (HCM, OBTI, FDI) preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR information.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders, without direct reporting relationships, to complete projects and tasks.
