What You Will Spark at Amplify

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions and ensuring efficient operations. This role involves handling employee inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR team and contributing to a positive employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the Chief Human Resources Officer as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Human Resources Officer and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding document retention and confidentiality.
  • Support the HR team by helping implement and communicate company policies and procedures, ensuring all employees have access to the latest updates.
  • Provide administrative support during the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Assist in tracking candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to TA processes, policies and benefits, providing accurate and timely responses or escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment engagement programs, such as surveys and recruitment events.
  • Ensure HR databases are up to date by working within the HRIS system to ensure records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports for management, including metrics on headcount, turnover, recruitment, and other relevant data.
  • Assist in the creation, management and reporting of Talent Acquisition analytics through the development and upkeep of Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional demeanor
