SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting various human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations within the organization. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating HR processes, and providing administrative support to the HR team.


OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data tracking.
  • Maintain electronic filing system by scanning and digitizing physical HR documents
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Process and organize incoming/outgoing correspondence, including physical mail and emails
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain and process employee records and HR documentation, including employment agreements, policy acknowledgments, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
  • Track and monitor compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, certifications, and company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, recognition events, and wellness activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and general concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Kind and pleasant demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Rippling and ADP
