About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our client's human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee performance, engagement, and welfare.
• Manage disciplinary and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience within the FMCG industry is preferred.
