A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Assistant
Are you passionate about helping people feel welcome and supported in their careers? As an HR Assistant at Revere Health, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for new employees.
You’ll support onboarding and orientation, ensuring every new hire has a smooth start. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with benefits, HR processes, and leave management, building skills that can grow into an exciting HR career.
As one of the first points of contact for new employees, your role is essential in building trust and confidence. You’ll provide excellent customer service, guide employees through their onboarding journey, and represent Revere Health’s commitment to care and excellence.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in customer service, human resources, payroll, or a related people-focused role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong typing and data entry skills (60 wpm preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
