We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team! The HR Generalist is a key part of our team, working with Management across the organization. You will be responsible for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. Superior employee relations experience and critical thinking skills will help you be a positive force for change, improvement, and an enhanced employee journey.

Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 40+ offices in close to 20 states, with accelerated growth on the horizon!
What you will do:
- Deliver and administer HR policies, programs, and practices across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with HR Leaders, department leaders, and employees to improve work relationships, growth and development, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, & retention (career development, coaching, and management skills), and leaves of absence.
- Answer a variety of employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
- Engage in performance management practices, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain accurate and detailed human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee and organizational information.
What we look for:
- 3+ years professional experience, with 2+ in Human Resources.
- Understanding of practices, theories, and policies relating to Human Resources and labor laws.
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred or on target to complete in the near future.
- Self-starter who can take on changing priorities and solve problems effectively.

The employee must be willing and able to perform minimal travel to remote offices.
Position Type:
This is an exempt, salaried, full-time position. This position may require long hours and occasional weekend work. Less than 5% travel.
