Description
The People Support Generalist is responsible for supporting the People Support Department
through specialized responsibilities and day-to-day functions for all Navigator sites. The
ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Navigator Schools Support Office and site staff,
hold self to high expectations, and uphold Navigator Schools culture at all times.
Requirements
- AA, BA, or equivalent experience in the field required
- Desire to improve professionally, open to receiving coaching and feedback required
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and accuracy in professional practices
- Growth mindset, optimistic attitude, and professional demeanor
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience working in charter schools, education, and/or non-profits preferred
- Desire to improve professionally, open to receiving coaching and feedback
- Flexible to a changing work environment
- Possess effective communication skills
