Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains personnel records
- Provides support in filing documentation and tracking paperwork
- Completes new hire orientation and termination with staff
- Compensation and benefits recordkeeping support
- Explains company policies and rules to staff and applicants
- Handling daily administrative tasks
- Identifying, attracting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within a company by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Support the HR Department with special projects and other assignments as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
· Proven ability to function independently and multi-task
· Microsoft office
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
· Must have the ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
· Possess high energy and initiatives
· Bilingual (Chinese and English) Preferred
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree in Business and Management related area is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Two years of Human Resources experience is required or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree can be substituted in lieu of the experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
