Rental Concepts, LLC is seeking an HR Clerk to provide essential support to our Human Resources department in their day-to-day operations.

JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resource Clerk will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the company’s Human Resources department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare new employee electronic files.
- Assist with onboarding including scheduling interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Prior related office experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such new hire paperwork, state correspondence, policies, and personnel documentation. Ability to routinely write and/or speak to management during the new hire process in a professional manner. Ability to speak effectively to employees of the company.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data when needed, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual will have computer skills including knowledge of and the ability to use the internet, email, spreadsheets, database, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS software.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The duties of this position are performed in an office environment under temperature-controlled conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
