What You’ll Do:
- Champion Lakeside’s culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
- Lead HR initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and development
- Stay ahead of HR trends, employment law, and talent management best practices
- Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies and programs
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Proven HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and workforce planning
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong teams
