As a Human Resources Manager at The Eastern Colorado Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and enhancing our organizational culture. Salary Range
Dependent on roles the applicant has possessed in the Past and if they were in Management or a support role:
Direct Manager of HR Process: 2-5 Years Experience: $60,000-$80,000
Direct Manager of HR Process : 5+ Years Experience: $65,000-$125,000
Supporting Staff of HR: 2-5 Years Experience: $45,000-$60,000
Supporting Staff of HR - 5+ Years Experience: $60,000-$80,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the bank's objectives.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Conduct performance management processes to foster employee growth and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations affecting the bank's operations.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in human resources management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels, both in-person and remotely.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strategic thinking skills with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Familiarity with ATS systems for efficient recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
