We are looking for a strong BCBA to help start a new, locally-owned small ABA business coming to Decatur! We are hiring with the hopes of finding a candidate who demonstrates the skills needed to soon be promoted as our Lead BCBA and Center Manager.
The position requires the following:

- A passion for play-based therapy or a willingness to learn
- Knowledge in trauma-informed care or willingness to learn
- Neurodiversity-affirming and willingness to receive ongoing education in this area
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for children with ASD.
- Provide individualized behavioral therapy to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members working with clients.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in the field of behavioral therapy.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
