Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hybrid Sales & F&I Executive to join our team. This pivotal role involves originating new deals, pre-selling backend product ad dealership financing while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to building lasting relationships with customers.
Pay:
In this is a hybrid role we pay 25% of front end gross
+ 5% on back end product sales
+ 4% on reserve
You don’t do the entire process but tee up our business manager on the backend.
Duties
- Handle ups and follow our sales process
- Work and handle all tasks in CRM and follow-up promptly with new leads
- Master product knowledge
- Learn backend products and selling benefits of these products
- Direct cash deals and credit union to subvented rates and in house financing
- Close Deals & Deliver Vehicles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,969.68 - $142,243.05 per year
