Bubba’s Ice Cream Shack is hiring friendly, reliable team members to serve our Williamsburg community and its visitors. If you’re outgoing, efficient, and customer-focused, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer flexible scheduling with both opening and closing shifts available. We're currently looking for team members who can work Monday through Thursday.
This position also includes tips in addition to base pay!
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve frozen desserts.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines.
* Operate kitchen equipment, including waffle cone machines.
* Assist customers with selections and suggest additional items.
* Accurately handle cash and use the POS system.
* Monitor inventory and report low stock.
* Work as a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications:
* Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills.
* Basic math skills for transactions and inventory.
* Knowledge of food safety practices.
* Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.41 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
