Position: IE PM Coordinator
Reports to: Maintenance IE Superintendent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all 3rd party Preventive Maintenance in department: material procurement, contractor scheduling, etc
- Schedules and PMs must be tracked to meet compliance requirements
- Results of maintenance must be entered into CMMS, spreadsheets, or reports
- Track engineer verification of reports
- Design and Maintain KPIs for 3rd party PMs
- Review and manage asset database for accuracy
- Addition of new assets to CMMS
- Participates in morning staff meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
Required
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience with background in electrical and/or instrumentation maintenance planning.
- Five to seven years of experience in the electrical and/or instrumentation field. Preferred
- Prior work in a chemical facility
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office applications required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability.
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral communication, and writing skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and organized; can handle numerous tasks simultaneously without losing focus; ability to properly prioritize work.

- High commitment to work processes, procedures, and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Regularly required to push, pull, bend, climb, and perform long periods of standing and walking on cement foundations.
- Occasionally required to stoop and kneel.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to coordinate the movement of eyes, hands, feet, and fingers to operate tools and equipment.
- Required to be medically certified for respirator and medically fit for duty.
- Use of PPE required in specific areas.
- Work in different weather conditions, under emergency conditions, and for prolonged periods of time.
