Pay Rate: $56/hr
Schedule: Days Shift – hours 9a-5p • 13-week contract to Perm possibilities
Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental, emotional, and physical status
- Monitor vital signs, assess for co-occurring physical health conditions, and evaluate the impact of mental illness on physical well-being.
- Continuously observe patient behavior, mood, and interactions
- Monitor for side effects and efficacy of psychotropic and other medications, reporting any concerns to the prescriber.
- NY State RN License
- Must have Psych experience
- Must have Crisis Management
- Investigation and Preventions
- EPIC
- Should be comfortable being a Liaison with people.
- Charting experience
- Strong Q&A needed
