This is a full-time role for an Immigration Attorney based in Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA or Brooklyn, NY, or Sacramento, CA, with the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements. As an Immigration Attorney at Skylex, your day-to-day tasks will include handling immigration law cases, advising clients on immigration issues, asylum, court hearings, managing visa applications, and addressing various legal concerns.

JOB DUTIES
As an Immigration Attorney, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality consultations and assistance on all immigration issues. You will receive inquiries through the mobile app, moving afterward to the group chat to solve the client's problems.
UPCOMING CHALLENGES
- Perform court hearings and ICE deportation proceedings
- File family-based and employment-based petitions, asylum cases
- Be responsible for 100+ cases
- File cases and petitions with the help of experienced immigration paralegals
- Review forms and letters
EXPECTED SKILLS
- 2+ years of working experience as an Immigration Attorney in the USA
- A Bar License
- Understanding of the court functioning and processes
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent self-presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Russian
