Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting attorneys with scheduling, trial preparation, and case management.
- Answering client phone calls and providing essential case updates.
- Preparing filings for Immigration Court and USCIS applications.
- Collecting, organizing, and scanning evidence and documentation.
- Maintaining organized files and databases.
- Managing attorney calendars effectively.

- Asylum Applications
- 42A/B Cancellation of Removal
- Motions to Reopen
- Motion to Admin Close/Terminate
- SIJ Family Court Pleadings
- I-130/I-485 Applications
- I-765 Work Permits
- I-601a Waivers
- N-400 Citizenship Applications
- I-751 Removal of Conditions
- Other essential Court and USCIS forms
