Job Description:
Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures and assist with activities of daily living as follows:
- Assisting the client with daily personal care including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
- Light housekeeping and pet care as needed
- Prepare meals and companionship
- Transporting clients to errands and appointments
- Medication reminders and other responsibilities as needed
Minimum Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family members
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours
