In-Home Caregiver – Central Point, OR (Weekends Needed)
Aspire Caregiving is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team of in-home caregivers. Whether you have professional caregiving experience or are new to the field, we will train the right person who has a genuine heart for helping others.
Availability:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible scheduling options
Responsibilities:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and household organization
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Personal care (bathing, brief changes, grooming)
- Dementia care and memory support
- Pet care and errands
- Transportation to appointments or outings (must have valid license and reliable vehicle)
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance
- Able to communicate fluently and clearly in English
- Clean personal hygiene and appearance
- Comfortable providing personal care to both male and female clients
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and in-person assessment
- Must be reliable, dependable, and truly caring
Pay & Perks:
- Starting at $17 per hour (plus benefits at 90 days - Dental and Vision insurance, PTO, 401k opportunity)

Training & Hiring Info:
- Expect a call within the week if your application is selected
- Must be able to attend a training assessment at our Medford office (Tuesdays or Thursdays, 9 AM – 4 PM)
- Submit a caregiver resume and complete ALL prescreening questions to be considered
