Your Role:
As an In-Store Lead Generator, you'll be the face of Jacuzzi products and services inside major retail locations and at local events. Your mission? Create excitement, build trust, and generate high-quality leads for our design and installation team. You're not just handing out flyers - you're sparking interest in home transformation!
What You'll Do:
- Engage customers with a friendly, confident presence
- Educate shoppers on Jacuzzi bath remodeling solutions
- Collect lead information for our design consultants
- Maintain a clean, eye-catching booth display
- Build rapport with store staff to ensure long-term success
- Crush performance goals and enjoy the rewards
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in face-to-face sales, promotions, or field marketing
- Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills
- Mon - Sun shifts available (weekends are prime time!)
- A smartphone and reliable transportation (BJ's, Costco, Sam's Club)
- Ability to stand and work on your feet in a high-traffic environment
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow with a winning team
What You Get:
- $18/HR base pay + bonuses
- Weekly Bonus pay: $40 per demo, $80 per net sale
- Training Bonus - Up to $1,500 within your first 90 days!
- $200 at 15 days + goals met
- $300 at 30 days + goals met
- $1,000 at 90 days + goals met
