About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and sanitation operations in our meat packing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning crews to ensure thorough cleaning sanitation of all office and designated factory areas
- Conduct pre-operational and post-operational inspections for cleanliness and compliance
- Train and mentor janitorial and sanitation staff on cleaning protocols
- Maintain proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Document cleaning schedules, checklists, and incident reports
- Communicate with production and quality assurance teams to coordinate cleaning needs
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- 5+ years of cleaning or sanitation experience in a industrial office a factory cleaning
- 3+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
