Job Description.
Industrial Compressed air technician/ Installer.
Perform on site installation work both new installs and retrofit on Compressed air systems, refrigerated air dryers, filters, compressed air piping and other equipment related to the compressed air industry. Predominately Aluminum piping systems with ability to tie to copper pipe, threaded steel.
Good mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills are required. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are also important.
Must have a good driving record with Valid Driver License. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be able to lift heavy objects
Technically minded people with experience in the following industries have also been a good fit for this job position:
-HVAC Technician
-Maintenance Mechanic
-Automotive Technician
-Electrical Diagnostics
-Oil Field Technician.
-Plumber / millwright
Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, and great benefit package included as well. Refrigeration certification is not required but is valuable.
