Overview
Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for effective project tracking.
- Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
- Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Manage contracts and maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any concerns.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all project-related activities, including changes in scope or schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects is essential.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Previous experience on Refrigeration construction sites is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of project coordination principles and practices is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
