Bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager

Refined Home Services, a fast-growing exterior renovation company specializing in roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling, is seeking an experienced and bilingual Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and capable of managing subcontractors and job site logistics to ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors during key phases of each project to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines
- Ensure all required materials are on-site and ready prior to job start
- Operate a hook lift truck to drop off and pick up dumpsters as needed (DOT health card required)
- Accurately document and communicate all Change Orders to the Production Manager
- Source and deliver any additional materials needed during the project
- Conduct final job site walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and material removal
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across all project sites
Qualifications
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in construction project management or field supervision
- Familiarity with roofing, siding, or general exterior renovation projects
- Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card (required for operating hook lift truck)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to job site variables
