Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the early childhood education market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, daycare centers, and families.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach programs to promote our services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in early childhood education or related fields.
- Experience working with children in various settings such as preschool, daycare, or babysitting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus.
- Experience working with students with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
