Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children in a daycare setting. This role requires nurturing, patience, and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment for children aged 0 to 1 years old. The hours for this position is 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, and motor skills.
- Foster a positive classroom environment by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and exploration among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment for all learners.
- Communicate regularly with parents via our app regarding their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space that meets health and safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience working with infants in a daycare setting is essential.
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles, including infant and toddler care.
- Experience in classroom management and caregiving.
- First Aid and CPR certification; willingness to obtain certification is required. We invite individuals who are committed to fostering the growth and development of young children to apply.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
